ah, what a brilliant day it was yesterday :D

it was the first time i went out with a group of bbers on the day the exams ended, instead of going with classmates! heh, it was a small and simple group of people, but yet still was thoroughly enjoyable (:

it's not my usual style of outings, where i like to have at least a tiny inkling of our agenda, like whether we're watching a movie, pigging out at a japanese buffet, or singing our lungs out at kbox. haha, structured ol' me eh? but these 3 other crazy people managed to pull me along on their crazy little adventure, making me board the next bus that arrived at the bus stop without knowing where we were going! but thank goodness the first bus that came just after i agreed to their plan was the rather familiar 14.

it was an unsettlings yet admittedly exciting experience, going on an outing with no end in mind. the split second decision to get off at ikea, the overordering of food on our part, and the interesting table conversation about various stuff in our niche areas of knowledge! hehehe :D and of course, our totally jew action of sharing a tiny cup of refillable drinks between 3 of us!

and for the first time, i went to puppy's house! woot!!! erm i mean, woof! ah, lovely childhood memories came flooding back when i swang on the swing, swinging like i've always swung! the exhilirating feeling of whizzing through the air and all! i love it! i still remember almost breaking the wooden swing with jiejun in vietnam though... hahahaha :P and ben's house has this totally cool graffiti wall in his house! like a guestbook for his fellow puppy friends to leave their pawprints on :D and i note with special interest that puppy sleeps below a poster of PUPPIES every night! HAHAHAHA! i guess it's like, remembering his siblings from the same litter! :D

ah wells, in essence we did quite little actually. but it's the great company, and the little nuances of nonsense that took place throughout that made it such a special time (: it's not an outing people would view as the best use of 6-7 hours, but i mean after all, when else do you see someone holding a lime green pillow case on a bus? :P hahahaha! i really really enjoyed myself (: sometimes simplicity is all we really need (:
